Received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. She received her medical degree in 1990 from MSU – College of Human Medicine. She is married and has two adult children and three granddaughters. She has lived in the Grand Rapids area for more than 30 years. Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. Her special interests are preventative medicine and wellness. Her personal interests include sewing, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

Received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and her Master’s degree in Biology from Oakland University. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Zelasko is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Michigan State University College of Medicine. She is married and has two children. Her special interests are wellness and disease prevention and adolescent health. Her personal interests include golfing, reading, music, Tigers baseball, and spending time with family.

Received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Albion College. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of medicine and completed a Family Practice Residency from Providence Hospital in Southfield in 1994. Dr. Opolka is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. Her special interests are wellness and she enjoys caring for families from birth to the elderly. Her interests include all outdoor activities.  She enjoys spending time with her children and being an active participant in their extracurricular activities.
