Our physicians, Dr. Pamela Zelasko and Dr. Cindy Opolka, have practiced together for over 20 years and both are board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr Zelasko, Dr. Opolka, our three experienced Physician Assistants and our clinical staff work together as a team to provide the highest quality medical care for our patients. 

At every visit to West Michigan Family Health, our staff reviews current preventative recommendations for each patient to ensure that they are up to date on recommended immunizations, and diagnostic tests and procedures to keep our patients healthy.  We also offer same day appointments for urgent medical needs so our patients have access to the affordable medical care when they need it most.
